Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from any gym wear marks or scents.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
